Riverside apartments at London’s Triptych Bankside launched for sale in Singapore
The project stands close to world-class art venue Tate Modern, the world-renowned theater Shakespeare’s Globe along with the culinary hotspot at Borough Market.
Yet this year, the development has clocked up around GBP150 million value of housing sales.
Savills Singapore is promoting the sale of luxury condos in the East Establishment of Triptych Bankside in London.

The entire development comprises two housing towers of 14 and 18 floors, an 85,000 sq ft office complex, and 29,000 sq ft of market, wellness, and social spots. The units for sale belong to the East Establishment which includes 79 high-end condominiums. Prices begin with GBP995,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Triptych Bankside is a GBP450 million ($736 million) mixed-use plan, created by worldwide reputable builders Squire & Allies. It is being created by Main European realtor developer J&T Real property.
Offered facilities within Triptych Bankside include numerous private lounges, recreation rooms, a personal 14-seat internal cinema, a 24-hour reception and concierge, and public landscaped gardens.
